A Pre-Launch Note
Before the big launch, I took a moment to write a raw, honest letter about the anticipation, the pre-launch nerves, and what it really feels like to share hundreds of hours of work with all of you.
My Dearest Dreamers,
It’s almost time. We are just days away from the release of Hidden Magic, and I am practically buzzing with anticipation.
This is always both the best and worst part of launching a new collection. The artwork is finished, everything is polished, and we’re just a click away from sharing the culmination of hundreds of hours of work with the world. Now comes the hard part: waiting. Will you love it? Will it resonate with you? Once it’s out there, it’s entirely in your hands.
I am immensely proud of Hidden Magic, and I truly believe you’re going to love it. The pieces are fun and whimsical, yet still firmly grounded in the familiar reality you’ve come to expect from my work. Even so, the pre-launch nerves are real. I find myself second-guessing concepts and picking details apart, searching for flaws. But I suppose that’s just the nature of being a creator. In a strange way, I even welcome those anxious thoughts—they’re proof of how much this work means to me.
In just a few short days, the Hidden Magic collection will be officially released. If you’re subscribed to our newsletter, keep an eye on your inbox for early access! Otherwise, general release will follow shortly after.
Thank you, as always, for taking the time to read my pre-launch ramblings and for being part of this journey. I’d love to hear from you—what are you most hoping to see in this new collection?
With deepest regards,
David
